The second edition of the Pilon Family Tree will be available in April this year. The price for members has been set at $90 CAD and $130 CAD for non-members. Worth every penny. To reserve your copy send a $40 deposit for each book to:

The new edition will be available at our maple sugar event on April 24th. Mailed copies to destinations in Canada will required an additionnal $15 postal fee. Copies mailed to other countries will have to incur an additionnal mailing fee for mailing to their country.
Our Annual meeting was held on August 29, 2009 at the campgrounds of Montagne d'Argent near La Conception, Quebec in the Laurentian Mountains. Details to follow.

Who We Are
The Association des Pilon d’Amérique Inc. began in the early 90’s. The Association hopes to provide you with information on the genealogy and history of Pilons as well as maintain close ties, in both French and English, to Pilons not only in Quebec but also in other parts of the country as well as the United States.
Why a Web site
It’s more and more evident that the Internet plays a greater role in the world where communication has reached an endless possibility. The Quebec Federation of genealogy societies noted that in a single day on February 5, 2007, of the 576 persons that accessed the Web site within 24 hours, 210 were from Canada, 175 from the United States, 171 from France and 20 from various other countries. We know that today there are as many Pilons who live in France as in North and South America, as well as England, Holland, etc.
Our Web site has become a communication tool offering interested Pilons information on the origin of their families, the stories of their travels, their lives, their hobbies, etc.
Our ultimate wish would be that every Pilon who visits our site would find the information that he/she is looking for, incite them to become members and for those who live nearby to become volunteers so our association can be more active.
